Loved the rooftop terrace with amazing city views and the convenience of being near a shopping mall. Free wifi was a bonus. Towels were even provided, how luxurious!
It was so exciting trying to find my way into the building, like a treasure hunt with no signs or numbers!

Would stay here again. From start to finish - a nice experience during winter time. Favourable and unbeatable location, very close to Henry. Nestled short walk to the airport, 3 supermarkets and the main tourist area.

The unit at Casa Encantada - Elias was fantastic! The room had modern furnishings that made me feel right at home. I loved having an equipped kitchen, it made it so easy to prepare meals. And the private bathroom with a bath was a real treat, especially after a long day exploring the city.
Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too strong for my liking. But I can see how others might appreciate it, especially during the hot summer months.

The amenities were great, like powerful AC units and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was also convenient, close to a metro station and easy to navigate the city. One more advantage was the spacious terrace which offered a nice view.
There were several negative aspects of my experience. The pictures did not match the actual property, and it was old and rundown.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and had all the facilities we needed for our trip. The two big rooftop terraces were a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The location was also convenient, with two metro stations within a short walk, making it easy to get around. Additionally, being away from the main tourist area provided a more authentic experience, and we enjoyed being near a very beautiful park.

Scenic terrace with great views, close to the El Corte Inglés Mall, free wifi available. Towels were offered.
Nothing quite beats the thrill of being charged for towels at an already expensive hotel.
